The Taylor team came together this week for our latest Let's Get Together. Every quarter, this event brings the whole business into one room. We catch up on where Taylor is heading, recognise our achievements as a business, look ahead to what's on the horizon, and spend some quality time together away from our sites and desks.
The morning opened with an outside breakfast, then kicked off with business update from our Chief Operating Officer, Elliot Hicks, followed by a look at the pipeline and the opportunities ahead. The people and culture team then introduced our employee engagement survey, an annual touchpoint to gauge how we're tracking, as well as what's coming up for our people.
It was a good chance for site and office teams to catch up in person instead of over email.
