Construction has commenced on Siquilla Retirement Residences in Campbelltown, with a sod turning ceremony marking the official start of works on this new independent living development for the Campbelltown Catholic Club.
Located adjacent to the Campbelltown Catholic Club, Siquilla will provide 92 two and three-bedroom residences across seven levels, designed exclusively for people over 60. The development includes a ground floor of communal facilities and amenities, three levels of basement carparking, and a direct vehicular connection to the existing Club carpark.
Residents will have access to a wellness centre, library, cinema, workshop, lounge, games zone, and art studio. These shared spaces are built around what a good retirement actually looks like: active, social, and on your own terms.
The scope also includes the refurbishment of Emily Cottage, a small sandstone heritage building on site, alongside landscaped communal gardens and terraces.
Taylor is delivering the project in partnership with Campbelltown Catholic Club, Centurion Project Management, and StudioSC. Construction is now under way.
Siquilla will become home for 92 households. Every decision made on site is made with that in mind.
