Thirty years ago, Mark Taylor started a construction business on the belief that how you deliver matters as much as what you deliver. Taylor is what happens when that belief is tested, and holds.

Mark has been the driving force behind Taylor’s evolution. Since establishing the business in 1994, he has provided the vision and strategic direction that’s enabled Taylor to become what it is today – a leading construction and property company that delivers a uniquely holistic experience.

As well as nurturing Taylor’s clients and industry partners, Mark also plays a critical role within the Taylor team. With his people-centric leadership approach, he has cultivated a high-performing culture where people feel connected and valued – which is reflected in Taylor’s reputation for being an employer of choice.

Elliot is an experienced operations leader with more than 20 years delivering complex institutional and government projects across the Health, Defence, Infrastructure, Building and Rail sectors. He has led major programs for tier-one organisations including Laing O'Rourke, Lendlease and Richard Crookes Constructions, consistently driving performance through clear governance, disciplined delivery and commercial focus.

As Chief Operating Officer, Elliot oversees Taylor's operational functions and partners with our teams to strengthen capability and align people, processes and strategy with our long-term goals. Known for building high-performing, accountable teams, he takes a practical, people-first approach that reflects how we work. Elliot is committed to operational excellence, safety and trusted delivery, ensuring our clients and communities continue to benefit from outcomes we can stand behind.

Clive joined Taylor in 2003 and has since played a key role in supporting Mark in the growth of the company. With over 35 years of experience as a CFO, Clive leads the financial operations for Taylor and manages the business operations of the Group, including legal and statutory requirements, Technology, and WHSE.

Clive is instrumental in setting the family-centric culture within the business and driving ESG strategies. Over the last decade, Clive has taken part in the annual Outback Car Trek to raise funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

As Head of People and Capability at Taylor, Renee is a strategic and purpose-driven HR leader with extensive experience in the construction and property sectors. She brings a people-centric approach to HR enabling our business to grow, our teams to thrive, and our leaders to lead with purpose. Renee leads HR strategy and initiatives focused on elevating the employee experience, building capability across our workforce and leadership, and enabling high performance.

Recognised as the Australian HR Rising Star of the Year (2022) and a member of the PCA People & Culture Committee (2023/24 and 2025/26), she is passionate about creating inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplaces, because behind every great space is a great team.

Stephen has over 25 years of experience working for tier one companies and commercial construction businesses in Australia and South East Asia. Stephen has successfully delivered projects across a broad range of market sectors including aged care, retail, residential and commercial and has been involved in all facets of construction. Stephen is committed to sustainably servicing our clients across regional NSW. He is highly experienced in mobilising our Sydney-based teams to regional centres and engaging with local communities to employ local talent both directly as Taylor employees and through developing quality subcontractor relationships.

Responsible for overseeing Taylor’s commercial and governance obligations, Stephen is Green Building and Green Star trained, an accredited and current adjudicator of BCISOP and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Roy brings over 20 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, having previously worked with Big 4 accounting firms and US-listed organisations. Since joining Taylor in 2015, he has played a key role in the company’s growth over the past decade.

Roy leads the finance function, overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the business. He is also at the forefront of Corporate Governance, ESG reporting, and system enhancement initiatives. Passionate about continuous improvement, Roy is dedicated to driving operational efficiency and fostering professional development within his team.

He is a member of Chartered Accountants ANZ and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

As Head of Strategic Partnerships at Taylor, Jessica leads the company’s growth agenda by cultivating high-impact relationships across core and emerging sectors. Collaborating closely with the CEO and executive team, she drives early client engagement, strengthens market positioning, and aligns long-term strategic planning. With a forward-looking three-year pipeline, she ensures Taylor is strategically positioned across priority sectors. A trusted advisor and respected industry voice, Jessica builds and deepens relationships across public and private sectors through tailored strategies and sector-led insights.

Jessica also oversees Taylor’s CRM, business development reporting, and strategic fit frameworks — enabling data-driven decisions and improved pipeline conversion. Known for turning insights into action, she plays a pivotal role in translating Taylor’s long-term vision into measurable, impactful outcomes.

A highly trusted and respected leader, Ben is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects across Taylor's key sectors. Over the past 18 years, he has successfully delivered a host of complex projects in live environments – ranging from zoos and equine environments to airports, schools, and sports facilities.

Ben is deeply invested in community initiatives and he has been a long-time supporter of the Property Industry Foundation’s work for homeless youth, often providing in-kind services where they’re needed most. Ben also leads Taylor’s annual Charity Golf Day, currently raising funds for Sporting Chance Cancer Foundation.

Megan Boazman, Head of Design at Taylor, brings over 20 years of senior design leadership across mixed-use developments, education, retirement living, residential, and student accommodation. She specialises in scalable design strategies, efficient resource planning, and sustainable outcomes that stand up from concept through to completion.

Megan's track record speaks for itself. At School Infrastructure NSW, she led design standardisation and the EFSG technical standards update, developed the urban school typology behind Midtown Public School, and spearheaded the School Infrastructure Pattern Book. At the University of Sydney, she built a pipeline of 4,500 student beds at 20% below market value to secure $500 million in equity funding, and delivered the $250 million Business School with a 20% construction saving and two global architecture awards. Earlier, as National Manager Design at Stockland and in portfolio strategy at Lendlease, she added $400 million to the market value of retirement living assets and uncovered a 10,000-apartment pipeline across more than 70 sites.

As Head of Pre Construction, Roger leads Taylor’s quality delivery of end-to-end services, across all tenders for our business. With expertise in construction, cost management, and design coordination, spanning a breadth of sectors he drives high quality outcomes for our clients.

Roger is also responsible for overseeing our design and sustainability team ensuring alignment with contract requirements, authority standards, and project briefs to achieve optimal building outcomes within time and budget. Known for a collaborative and hands-on approach, he works closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to optimise project outcomes.

As Head of Marketing & Communications at Taylor, Jacklyn Wickham leads the brand with purpose, connecting people and spaces through strategic storytelling, community engagement, and industry collaboration. With over 14 years of experience in construction and property services, she brings a multi-disciplined approach that blends creativity with strategy to deliver impactful communications and memorable experiences.

Jacklyn is a passionate advocate for education outreach and women in construction, and has led initiatives that shift perceptions and foster inclusion across the industry. A natural collaborator with a keen eye for detail, she was a featured speaker at the 2025 IWD NAWIC Great Debate and continues to champion engagement programs that build connection and drive positive change.

Hazem Gergis, Construction Director at Taylor, has more than 22 years of experience managing major construction and fitout projects across Australia and the Middle East, with a broad grounding in both the operational and commercial sides of delivery. A relationship-driven leader, he has built a strong network of clients and subcontractors, delivering projects on time while holding firm on quality and cost through sharp commercial acumen and disciplined cost control.

As Construction Director, Hazem oversees every aspect of project delivery, from contractual adherence and safety protocols to cost control and subcontractor relationships, aligning each project with Taylor's broader goals. His industrial experience spans projects including Proximity @ Botany, Coopers Paddock Warwick Farm, Stockland Ingleburn Stage 1, and Australia Post, along with a new build delivered within the high-traffic environment of Bankstown Airport. In August 2025, Hazem sat on the panel at the Property Council of Australia's Unlocking Data Centre event, sponsored by Taylor, exploring the sector's challenges and the cross-sector collaboration needed to meet the demands of the AI era.

A strategic property professional, Adam is responsible for the delivery of key development projects across all sectors at Taylor. With over 17 years of experience in the property industry, Adam’s skills include strategic property management, property acquisition, development delivery, property consulting, project management, and further extends across construction management.

A proven leader, Adam has built a strong reputation in the industry with key clients as a natural strategic thinker, that delivers property solutions that are aligned to the clients’ objectives. A strong believer in mentoring and developing the industry’s future leaders, Adam is actively involved in various professional development initiatives within Taylor.

Adam Vassallo, Construction Director at Taylor, has spent 15 years leading projects across the Sydney metropolitan area, with a keen eye for detail that keeps quality, time and budget firmly in step. He builds strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, working closely with them to identify and overcome challenges and drive projects through to successful completion.

As Construction Director, Adam oversees every aspect of project delivery, meeting contractual requirements, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish. Operating at a strategic level and adapting readily to changing project demands, his proactive approach and commitment to teamwork are central to upholding Taylor's reputation on every site he leads.

Shane Tozer, Construction Director at Taylor, brings over 32 years of experience across all industry sectors, with a particular strength in complex residential and mixed-use projects. He understands the scale and complexity of large building projects and consistently formulates the right solutions, building strong, lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors along the way.

As Construction Director, Shane oversees every aspect of project delivery, from budget management and workplace health and safety to subcontractor coordination and client relations, aligning each project with Taylor's broader goals. His delivery of the Beecroft Place Mixed-Use Development and The Village Balgowlah reflects a career built on driving teams to deliver excellence, on budget and on programme, every time.

As the Head of Technology, Matt Postle is passionate about driving technological innovation and strategic IT initiatives at Taylor. With 23 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity across various industries, Matt leads an IT team with a commitment to continual learning and improvement.

Matt is a cybersecurity focused IT leader and is a member of the Property Council of Australia Cybersecurity Committee. Known for his enthusiastic hands-on approach, Matt loves tackling technical challenges directly, ensuring that Taylor's technology team delivers innovative solutions.

Dean Fondas, Pre-Construction Manager at Taylor, has over 23 years of experience delivering projects across fitout and refurbishment, heritage, community, education, residential, and retail. He thrives in fast-moving environments, building strong, lasting relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients through clear communication and disciplined organisation.

As Pre-Construction Manager, Dean leads projects through tendering, cost planning, and design coordination, shaping budgets and programmes before a project moves to site. Known for finding innovative solutions to complex problems without compromising on quality, cost or time, Dean's steady hand and professional manner have made him a trusted lead in setting up Taylor's most challenging projects for successful delivery.

As a design and construct commercial manager, Rob’s knowledge of contracts and his ability to secure the best outcome for his clients during negotiations with subcontractors ensures that he is a fundamental asset to every project. 
Having gained contract administration experience in both London and Sydney, Rob has been challenged to respond to varying client expectations effectively and efficiently. Rob is skilled at managing multiple contractors and ensuring that the result is always an exceptional final product. He has built a strong reputation amongst clients, consultants and subcontractors through his professional manner and skills across all facets of the administration of the project.
As the commercial manager, he assists the general manager in providing effective leadership. He supports and encourages the project administration team from cadets to contract administrators by collaborating to ensure that the team are motivated, trained and have the development needed to successfully fulfil the responsibilities of their assigned roles.

Martin Cook is a senior strategic programme and major project delivery specialist with over twenty five years’ experience leading large‑scale social infrastructure programs for NSW Government, including School Infrastructure NSW and Health Infrastructure NSW. His career spans directing multi‑billion‑dollar portfolios, managing large multidisciplinary teams, and delivering complex hospital, education, and community projects through diverse procurement models.

He is highly regarded for stakeholder engagement, governance, and building project delivery capability, with a strong track record of achieving cost, time, and quality outcomes, including major cash‑flow management, contract standardisation, and mentoring frameworks. His expertise is underpinned by formal qualifications in project management and building, and complemented by extensive consulting, governance, and community leadership roles.

Barry is an independent advisor with more than 30 years of experience across listed construction companies, listed property developers, private development groups, and government enterprises.

With deep expertise in property development, urban renewal, housing, design and construction, infrastructure delivery, international business, and joint venture management, Barry brings a practical, commercially focused approach to strategy, governance, and organisational performance.

He is Chair of Ingham Property Group, Firefly Funds Management, and Devescalate, and serves as an advisor to Taylor.

Barry is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA, and has completed the Advanced Strategy Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
