Taylor has been awarded the design and construction of the new primary school and co-located public early learning in Emerald Hills, NSW. Working for School Infrastructure under a design and construct (GC21) contract, Taylor will deliver a primary school with capacity for at least 550 students, alongside a co-located early learning.

The build will include:

— General classrooms with multipurpose spaces and shared common areas
— Specialist facilities for support classes
— A multipurpose hall with canteen and covered outdoor learning area (COLA)
— Library
— Staff and administration facilities
— Sports field and multipurpose sports court
— On-site car parking for staff, preschool and visitors
— A co-located public early learning

Work is underway, with construction expected to complete in late 2027 and the school opening Day 1, Term 1, 2028.
