Our Emerging Talent Program supports Cadets, Graduates, and Apprentices from day one. Throughout the year the cohort comes together for social events and learning sessions, building peer networks alongside practical skills, with senior leaders checking in regularly to support each person's development.
Taylor Together Professional Development Grant
We back our people with more than words. Taylor Together invests $5,000 in the professional development of employees driving capability and inclusive leadership across our business, awarded annually through our International Women's Day and Ally in Action streams. Strong performance and strong culture go together. 2026 saw three recipients awarded.

Taylor recently hosted Workshop 1 of the NAWIC NSW Personal Development Series at our North Sydney office. Led by Jennifer Beard (Polaris Consulting) and Sophie Schaedel (Quinton Anthony Consulting), the interactive session built members' skills and confidence in preparing and delivering professional presentations.
